Positive thinking all the way. If you're happy to get out for 20 miles any time of day, whatever the weather, etc, then when you put your mind to it 33 will be no problem. Good luck in the race, welcome to the crazy community, AndyAndy Colehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02484436140840957046noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-761352019380357425.post-87235135414347673042010-02-02T13:42:22.229+00:002010-02-02T13:42:22.229+00:00Keep the posts coming Andy ... lots of interesting...Keep the posts coming Andy ... lots of interesting thoughts and ideas.

I try and work on the principle of aiming to get as far as I can before it starts to hurt ... which is normallly around the 40-45mile mark.

JohnJohn Kynastonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16436853872576303518noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-761352019380357425.post-20603428317840757242010-02-02T12:37:51.432+00:002010-02-02T12:37:51.432+00:00Nice post.

I absolutely agree with the concept of the 'no big deal' mileage as an indicator of will I get round. What would you say the 'no big deal' target would be for 33miles? I guess somewhere round the 20-22 mile mark.
Guess I just need to keep cranking the miles out till I feel I'm at that 'no big deal' stage!Kennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07436482536161317948noreply@blogger.com
