An excellent account of the day, I was a lot...Andy<br /><br />An excellent account of the day, I was a lot slower than yourself, took me 7 and a half hours to complete partly due to the mud and my knee going at the 18 mile point, but still glad to finish as there is nothing worse than a DNF!! I am currently in training for the Lakeland 100 in July, done the 50 twice so stepping up the mark, as you have completed it any tips hints you have to offer to get myself to the finish, I am celebrating my 50th this year so it would be a nice feather in my cap to complete!!!<br /><br />Regards<br /><br />KevAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
